Anna Holehouse
Women's Volleyball 9/30/2015
Holehouse had a big week for the Tigers, averaging 5.50 digs per set while helping the team go 1-1.
She started her week with a then career-high 25 digs in a tough loss at James Madison. Holehouse also had three assists and two service aces against the Dukes. She then posted a career/season-high 30 digs in the five-set thrilling win at rival Delaware.
Named: Rookie of the Week!
She is the ninth player in school history to record 30 or more digs in a single-match. She also had six assists against the Blue Hens. Holehouse was named the CAA Rookie of the Week on Monday.

MVA is one of the best instructional clubs in the immediate region. At our level we like players who are ready to play at the Division 1 level/pace and can be integrated into our system upon arrival.
Towson University freshman libero Anna Holehouse is a great example of the caliber of player MVA has trained, mentored, and supported throughout her career. Anna has started every match for us as a freshman and is one of the main reasons for our current 23-4 record. Anna possesses an innate ability to read the game, is already a leader within our program, anchors our defense, and is consistent in serve receive. Anna’s solid background that she received at MVA including philosophical and technical training has played a large part in her performance and character we have grown to love at Towson. Anna is currently 27th in the nation for digs/set, 125th in the nation for service aces, and 12th in the nation for total digs in a season (currently).
